Hours ago, over pitchers of draft beer and wings, a bond was forged between a group of less than distinguished gentlemen, and a few unfortunate females... This group shared not only a love of domestic brews, but also bad movies made during the 1980s, the same decade that spawned their births... The group vowed dominance over the Highlands by kicking balls farther than anyone else while trying to drop fewer. Were it not for Derby being the first Saturday in May, focus could never be called in to question for this group of kickball warriors, however Derby is the first Saturday in May and some people have things like jobs that will prevent them from maintaining a sole focus on the sport of children, so the outcome of the Spring 2014 season is still very much in limbo.
